A 19th Century Steel Weymouth Bit by Sowter

This steel curb bit has long turning cheeks.
The mouthpiece has a low port.
One cheek is stamped "Sowter & Co" and the other is stamped "Haymarket".
The bit has its original curb hooks.
It is in good condition with quite a dark patina and some surface oxidation, but could be burnished to a shine.

Shipping

I will charge actual shipping costs (in this case first class with insurance), with no additional handling fees. I have quoted the cost for the UK - please email me for other destinations. I am happy to combine shipping costs if more than one item is bought.

Refunds

I will refund payment (minus shipping costs) if you are not happy with an item for any reason & contact me (promptly please) & return it. If I've described it inaccurately, I'll refund the shipping cost as well. If there has been damage in transit, please keep the item and the packaging until we have sorted out the insurance.
