This clock still works well
It dates from the late 19th Century
It takes the form of a brass clock or timepiece with Arabic numerals within a gilt brass horseshoe.
The horseshoe has seven raised nails filled with blue enamel.
The horseshoe is attached to a brass military type spur with a silver coloured rowel (this does not turn).
The spur slots into the suspension loop of the stirrup
Dimensions : 7½" (19cm) High x 4½" (11.3cm) wide
Ref : Horseshoe Clock
