19th Century Hunting Horn with Crest

This horn is longer than more modern examples.
It is silver coloured, but there are no hallmarks, so it is probably plated.
There are no maker's marks.
It is engraved "Robert Berrie" and has the Berrie family crest of a lion holding a cross.
This Berrie family is recorded in Fairburn's Crests as coming from Westerbogie, Scotland.
The horn is in excellent condition
