A 14th / 15th Century Spur Missing Rowel

A Mediaeval spur in excavated condition
It has a short neck which points down, tis would have held a rotating rowel - the rowel and half the neck have been lost.
The arms of the spur are curved to pass below the rider's ankle bone.
There are openings at the ends of the arms, on one side there were two circular holes or eyelets - one holds part of a stud or button.
On the other arm there is a vertical slot.

Shipping

Refunds

I will refund payment (minus shipping costs) if you are not happy with an item for any reason & contact me (promptly please) & return it. If I've described it inaccurately, I'll refund the shipping cost as well. If there has been damage in transit, please keep the item and the packaging until we have sorted out the insurance.
