This is a matched pair of steel spurs

Both sides of both spurs have linear decoration.
Their necks have the characteristic bulge of Peruvian spurs
.
They have large seven pointed rowels
The rowels turn freely.
Each arm of the heel band ends in an oval slot for straps.
There are no maker's marks or stamps
