Swaine & Adeney Sidesaddle Whip with Gilt Mounts - Sold

This whalebone sidesaddle whip has a gilt cap and collar with engine turned decoration.
The cap is also engraveded "Swaine & Adeney, London".
The cap has a loop for a wrist strap.
The collar has a blank oval cartouche for the engraving of initials.
Between the cap and collar, the grip is covered in braided cream baleen or whalebone.
The flexible stock is covered in braided linen or hemp
There is a small worn area to the braiding of the stock ( see images ).
The whip has been bound at its end..

I can accept payment in cash, cheques or money orders in Pounds Sterling. I can accept cards using dollars or Sterling via Paypal - there is a button to allow this . Please email me regarding any other form of payment.

Shipping

I will charge actual shipping costs (usually Special Delivery with insurance), with no additional handling fees. I have quoted the cost for the UK - please email me for other destinations. I am happy to combine shipping costs if more than one item is bought.

Refunds

I am quite happy to refund payment (minus shipping costs) if you are not happy with an item for any reason & contact me (promptly please) & return it. If I've described it inaccurately, I'll refund the shipping cost as well. If there has been damage in transit, please keep the item and the packaging until we have sorted out the insurance.
