This whip has a silver cap and collar, both are hallmarked Birmingham 1965. The cap is stamped "Swaine" and "Sabson", it also has a loop for a wrist strap. The grip is covered in chestnut coloured lizard leather. The rest of the shaft is covered in braided cream coloured thread. The whip has the remains of its original cord lash.
