This whip has a staghorn handle. There is a silver button stamped "Swaine & Adeney, London" on the heel of the staghorn. It has a silver collar which is stamped "Swaine, Made in England" and hallmarked London 1978.
The stock or shaft is covered in braided leather. It has its original stitched leather keeper and a good thong with a blue cord lash.
