This whip has a silver coloured (probably nickel) cap and collar The handle or grip is covered in spirally wound leather. The shaft is golden brown holly The end of the shaft has been repaired, a "step" is visible under the black thread binding. The whip has a thong made of braided white leather with a cord lash at its end.
