A Pair of Steel South American Stirrups - Stirrup429

These stirrups date from the early 20th century.

They are made of steel, they have an aged patina and a few spots of surface oxidation that could be burnished off..
The oval footplates or treads have oval central drainage holes and concentric ovals of punched grips.

The arches have integral suspension loops.

There are no maker's marks or stamps

Dimensions : Width  4" (10cm), height 5½" (14cm), length of tread 5½" (14cm)
