A Vintage Steel IX (Ninth) Lancer Curb Bit - Bit554

This is a heavy steel curb bit with a fixed straight mouthpiece.
It has fixed straight cheekpieces with two curb rein slots in each.
It has its original steel curb chain and one unusual double curb hook.
I can find no marks or stamps on it
