This whip dates from the late 19th or early 20th Century.
It has a silver coloured metal cap, there are no stamps or hallmarks on the cap. It has many small dents and dings
The shaft or stock is made of rolled hide - a technique traditionally used in making sjamboks. It is antique, so can be legally sold in the UK but could be very difficult to export.
At the end of the whip there is a replacement leather keeper or loop - this could be kept or removed or replaced
