Antique Basket Saddle or Wicker Chair Saddle for a Child - saddle064

This is a wicker basket or chair saddle

It would have been used for a small child on a pony or donkey on a leading rein

It is in good condition - one strand of wicker is damaged at the top of the back and there is a hole in the serge lining of the underside.

A previous owner has had a beautiful new leather seat cushion made

The saddle could be used today or it would look good on display

Although this saddle is not heavy it is bulky and international shipping will be expensive
