Antique Long Slim Malacca Sidesaddle Hunting Whip - w1820

This long slim whip has a small staghorn or antler hook shaped handle.

It has a silver collar. Its hallmark is rubbed but possibly reads London 1862.

There are some defects to the edge of the collar and there is a hairline crack on the back of the horn.

The long slim stock or shaft is made of red brown malacca cane..

It has its original rawhide open keeper or loop at its end.
