This is a first edition of this book, published by Methuen in 1933.
It is a humorous book by the authors of "1066 and all that". It has red cloth boards decorated with a gold horse's head, there is no dust jacket. The cover is a little faded but otherwise in good condition.
There is a gift inscription in pencil on the inside cover
There is a little foxing throughout .
