This is a first edition of this book, published by Hodder & Stoughton in 1934.
It is a memoir of Lord Mottistone (Gen. Jack Seeley), his horse "Warrior" and his time in the cavalry. It has pale blue cloth boards decorated with a horse's head, there is no dust jacket. The cover is a little faded but otherwise in good condition.
There is a previous owner's name and address in pen on the inside cover
It has many illustrations by Alfred Munnings including a frontispiece with a captioned tissue page. There is a little foxing throughout .
