Pair of Maxwell Spurs with Loop Ends - Spur521m

These nickel spurs have short downward turning necks necks.
Each spur has a small many pointed steel rowel one is fixed in position but one still turns.

Each arm of each heel band ends in an oval loop for the attachment of straps.
The inside of each spur is stamped "Maxwell, 8 Dover St., London".
