A fantastic bit of recycling These stirrups are made of pale wood which has been steamed & bent into shape The aluminium (or aluminum in the US) bands around their outer surfaces have been salvaged from soda packaging One is clearly covered in the Pepsi logo - I think dating from the 1960's The other is yellow and black , I cannot read a company name Both stirrups are in very good condition, the metal bands shoe the scuffs and scars of age
