They are not attracted to a magnet so probably a nickel alloy These spurs have short necks with bulbous ends and no rowels. The spurs have buttons at each end of the heel bands.
Hinged buckles for the attachment of straps hang from the outer button of each spur.
They have their original black leather straps - these are a little dry They are stamped "Moss Bros & Co Ltd" inside the heel band. Moss Bros are known now as tailors and gents outfitters but they used to have an extensive equestrian department
