They are made of steel and plated with a silver coloured metal They probably date from the mid 20th Century. Each has an sixteen pointed rowel which still turns. There is surface rust on the rowels
The heel bands end in double slots for straps.
The plating of the spurs is a little pitted in places, please look at the images
