These large racks are made of oak. Each has seven hooks resembling horseshoe nails with square brass heads. Both horseshoes are constructed from three pieces of oak, there are some cracks or shakes where the pieces join, but these are all held securely on the back by metal plates and pins (please see the images)
They are 30 inches (76cm) high and 25 inches (63.5cm) wide Each weighs approx 3lb (1.6kg)
