This whip has silver and niello decorated fittings, a spiral of niello decorated silver wraps around the wooden shaft. It has a silver wrist chain. It was a working tool and there are multiple small dents to the silver. It has a finely braided leather or rawhide lash or thong, the leather is a little dry and there is damage to one strand of this braiding
