Slim Malacca Hunting Whip by Merle & Co - w1565

This slim whip has a staghorn handle.
It has a silver coloured collar which is stamped "Merle & Co."
"Merle & Co" was a trade name used by the Zair company from 1898.
The stock or shaft is made of golden brown malacca cane, there are a couple of dark spots on it.
It has its original open leather keeper and a good fine thong with a red cord lash.
