Small hunting Whip with Decorated Collar -w1553

This whip has a staghorn handle.
It has a slver plated collar with foliate decoration and an oval blank cartouche for engraving.
The stock or shaft is covered in braided thread - probably linen or hemp.
It has a small replacement rawhide keeper.
