Two South American spurs - probably Chilean Huaso spurs
I would like to say that these spurs are a pair - they are very similar, but the rowel points of one spur are sharper than those of the other and one spur is slightly darker than the other
Both have large twenty four pointed rowels and pierced necks. One has a small lobed brass heel plate, the other has lost its heelpalte. Each arm of the spur ends in two slots for the spur straps. There are no maker's marks or stamps
Dimensions : 11½" (29cm) long x 2¾" (cm)wide, Rowel 6" (15.5cm) Weight - approx 3 (1.3kg)
