The inside of the hatband of this small hat measures 56cm or 21", that is size 6⅜ in UK hat sizes or 6⅝ in the USA The hat is covered in black silk plush. The silk is in very good condition.
Inside the hat is lined in cream silk which has some tan coloured spots.
