A very unusual flask made of cow horn.
The glass base has a silver plated rim and the flask has a silver plated hinged or bayonet cap.
The mahogany coloured case has a good patina. The case closes with a billet fastening.
It has a good girth strap and top strap. It would attach in front of the near side of the saddle.
