This whip has a curved hook shaped handle carved from horn.
The horn is opaque not translucent and gold or amber coloured
It has a silver coloured collar, there are no hallmarks, stamps or engravings There are a few small dings in the collar. The slim stock or shaft is made of golden brown malacca cane. It has its original brown leather open keeper or loop at its end.
