A pair of vintage gaiters in brown leather. These are worn to protect the lower leg They may have been for military use in WW1. They fasten with a long lace that passes through paired eyelets on one side and around seven brown studs on the other. The brown enamel has worn off three of these studs - please see the images They do have a few scuffs and creases and they are somewhat darker where they presumably rubbed against a horse (please look at the images).
