Vintage Slim Malacca Beagling or Dog Whip with Whistle - w1774

This whip has an antler or staghorn handle with a whistle in the handle, this works well.
It has a silver coloured (probably nickel) collar which has many small dents and dings

The short slim shaft or stock is made of golden brown malacca cane
The whip has a its original small open leather keeper or loop at its end and a braided pale leather thong.
