Vintage Wire Cutters in Leather Saddle Case - Heart Brand

This is a good quality dark brown leather case.

The stitching is very good .
The case closes with a nickel billet fastening.

Straps for the D-ring and girth of the saddle  pass through two keepers on the back of the case. 

Inside there is a pair of steel wire cutters or nips stamped "Heart Brand, England".
